  • What should I do to prepare for a facial?

    For any facial or back massage, we ask our guests to remove all garments from the waist up. For full body massages or specialized posterior massages, please remove all garments except for your underwear. Our massage tables are prepared for your comfort, complete with covers to keep you warm and relaxed.

  • How should I relax on the massage table?

    All our massage tables are prepared for your comfort. The therapists will guide you on whether to lie face up or face down. Simply get ready for your treatment and start to relax. Once on the table, please pull the covers over yourself to stay warm until the treatment begins.

  • Where can I store my belongings?

    In each room, we provide dedicated boxes for your personal belongings, ensuring compliance with our COVID-19 risk assessment. Additionally, there are small trays available to safely store any jewelry you may have.

  • Is wearing a face mask required during a facial or massage?

    Yes and no. When you enter the salon, you need to wear a face mask until you are taken to the treatment room. For a facial, you will be required to remove the mask during the treatment, then put it back on once the treatment is over and you leave the salon. Our therapists will be wearing both a visor and a face mask for everyone's safety. For massages, if you are facedown, we will ask you to remove your mask before positioning yourself on the massage couch.
